What we do
Aula operates on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. A business signs up, connects its own WhatsApp Business number, configures a workflow (sell products, book appointments, capture leads or answer FAQs), and the AI agent handles incoming conversations on the business's behalf. Every conversation is visible to the business, which can take over manually at any time.
