Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to have personal data deleted from Aula, operated by Mathyas AI Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. It is referenced from our Privacy Policy.

1. If you are a business using Aula (our Customer)

• Delete specific records — remove individual leads, orders, appointments or conversations from your dashboard at any time.
• Disconnect WhatsApp — from Configuration, disconnect your channel to stop all further processing.
• Delete your whole account — email contact@mathyasai.com from your registered account email with the subject “Account and data deletion request”. We verify the request, then permanently delete your account, configuration, conversations, leads, orders and appointments within 30 days, and purge them from backups within a further 35 days. Invoices and transaction records are retained only as required by Indian tax and company law.

2. If you are an end-customer who messaged a business that uses Aula

The business you contacted is the controller of your data. Please ask that business to delete your conversation and contact details; they can do this from their dashboard. If you cannot reach them, or need our help, email contact@mathyasai.com with the WhatsApp number you messaged from and the name of the business. We will forward the request, assist the business in actioning it, and confirm to you once done (normally within 30 days).

3. What we may retain

We may retain the minimum data needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements. Retained data is access-restricted and deleted once no longer required.
