Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Aula operated by Mathyas AI Solutions (OPC) Private Limited and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Each plan includes a stated allowance of AI-handled messages for the billing month.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing contact@mathyasai.com.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; there is no partial-month charge after that.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.

3. Refunds

We will refund, to the original payment method:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges — in full, when reported within 7 days.
  • A confirmed billing error on our side — the incorrectly charged amount.
  • First-time subscription, service unusable due to a fault on our side that we cannot resolve within 7 days of you raising a support ticket — a full refund of that month's fee.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the billing period has started, once the Service has been used.
  • Suspension or termination caused by your breach of our Terms or a WhatsApp/Meta policy.
  • Message delivery issues, quality-rating changes, template rejections or account actions by Meta / WhatsApp / a Solution Provider, which are outside our control.
  • WhatsApp conversation charges already incurred with Meta or a Solution Provider.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@mathyasai.com from your account email with the subject “Refund request”, your registered company name, and the payment reference. We respond within 3 business days and, where a refund is approved, process it within 7–10 business days. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
